Don’t aim for pretty

Aim for sharp

For a head held high

Not heard by ferocity

but like the hum of a harp

Don’t aim to be perfect

Aim to be precise

and let the cosmos show you

that it is not

to run after the world

Let the world catch up with you.

In your own ingenuity

you have to put trust

For those we remember

do not take run over paths,

They walk over oceans

and leave behind comet dust.

I am thinking of publishing a small pamphlet of poetry about 10 to 15 poems and If people like it then I’ll publish all of the best ones?!

Please leave your tips or suggestions in the comments. I am in a wierd situation.
